CANCELATION POLICY

There is no charge if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival.  Within the 30 days 2 nights lodging will be charged to the credit card on file, if the cottage can be rebooked for the same time period of cancellation a credit will be issued.. The 2 nights lodging can be used towards a visit up to one year from original booking.
